Hiroko Mizu is the result of humanity's hubris.Some time in the early 2000s, some scientists and engineers decided they would try to play God and create angels.The end result? An android designed to be an 18 year old angel with delusions of grandeur. That angelic android just happens to be none other than Hiroko Mizu. And his...brother(???), Hiroko Kanji (who does NOT have a voicebank yet btw however I will update this site when he does).He enjoys singing with his friends (Mainly with Akita Neru), reading manga, playing video games and flying through cyberspace.
